Our role in the project
As a partner in the ReSkillSpan project, UPC brings its expertise in transversal skills training, focusing on enhancing the capabilities of researchers across Europe. UPC’s role in the project is important, as it contributes to several key areas, including quality assurance, evaluation, and the network amplification through the Unite! Alliance. This involvement strengthens the project’s ability to offer effective, high-quality training and mentorship for researchers.
In the ReSkillSpan project, UPC is particularly focused on the development and implementation of training programs adapted to enhancing researchers’ skills, particularly in communication, entrepreneurship, and collaboration. The university will play a fundamental role in shaping and delivering these training modules, collaborating closely with other European universities and research organizations to ensure that the program aligns with the needs of both academia and industry.
Additionally, UPC’s extensive experience in running diverse training and educational programs, such as those offered through its Institute for Educational Sciences (ICE) and its Doctoral School, makes it an ideal partner for this project.
